The following payment options are available to you:

Delivery

For orders placed within working days (excluding public holidays) until 2:00 p.m., we offer same-day shipping provided that payment was made via Paypal or Amazon Payments (credit card payments and bank transfers may take longer to process).

After the shipment has been processed, you will receive an electronic delivery notification with your tracking number. You can use the package number to track your shipment on the website of the respective shipping service provider.

Customs & Taxes

• For shipments to third countries or outside the EU, additional charges such as taxes or customs duties may arise when importing goods
• Please inquire about additional duties from your customs authority or a responsible agency in the respective importing country before placing an order/purchase
• Import duties, customs or other costs for the respective importing country are borne by the buyer
• Additional fees for importing goods are not included in the sales price or shipping costs. Additional fees may be charged by the respective customs authorities or by an authorized shipping company
• The customs declaration corresponds truthfully to the issued commercial invoice
