How are returns registered?

  • For returns, please contact our customer service in advance by phone or email using the contact form
  • Depending on the reason for return, you can receive a free return slip by email (subsequent reimbursement of return costs without prior registration is not possible)

How long can I exercise my right of return?

  • You have the option to return products within 1 month of receiving the shipment

What should I do if there is transport damage or defects?

  • In case of transport damage to packaging or goods, you can refuse the goods before acceptance
  • If you notice the damage after opening the packaging, please contact our customer support

 

How much are the shipping costs?

  • There are no shipping costs * for orders within Germany. We offer free national shipping.
